30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 60 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
- A firm booking is confirmed when a 30% Deposit non refundable deposit is received;
- Bookings over two weeks require 50% non refundable deposit.
- Balances are due 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival 100% due at time of booking.
- Prices are in euros and include all taxes
- Pool temperature maintained at 25 degrees in low season;
- Welcome package is included int he price
- During mid and high seasons minimum stay is seven nights with check in on Saturdays
