What are the payment terms?

30% non-refundable deposit on booking if made more than 60 days before Start Date.

Remaining 70% balance to be paid 60 days before Start Date.

Where the Booking is made less than 60 days before the Booking Date the Rental Fee shall be payable in full.

What happens in the case of cancellation?

More than 60 days prior to arrival date: Deposit payable

45-60 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total payable

45 days or less: 100% of total payable

N.B. Villa Ivy turns down a lot of enquiries due to existing bookings. If any booking cancels, the guests who have enquired before will often have found alternative accommodation. It is often impossible to fill the cancelled weeks at short notice.

Villa Ivy is a privately owned property . It's registered under the Croatian-based company named Notorium d.o.o., as Croatian laws stipulate that vacation rentals are run through a Croatian Limited Liability Company. It's VAT registered and is officially licensed by the Croatian Tourist Board.

We are not a sales agent or a tour operator. You will be dealing with the owners direct and we are available to contact at any time. Our aim is that guests receive outstanding service from us and our full-time villa managers based on the island of Brač, Croatia.

When you book with us you can be reassured that your contract is with the rightful owners of the property. Many “Agents” are only responsible for arranging your villa booking, and not your stay at the property. We are here to help you before, during and after your stay with us.

After you confirm your booking we will send you a contract/voucher and invoice. We are very happy to discuss any aspect of your holiday booking and also for you to check that we are who we say we are. We understand that you need to feel secure in the knowledge that you are dealing with a legitimate company.
